Analyst, Customer Success (Research)

What you’ll be working on:

As a Customer Success (Research) Analyst, your super-power lies in supporting the development of strategic insights to our clients. In this role, you will assist our Project Lead in understanding our client’s challenges and needs from developing and designing appropriate research solutions, to the analysis of the results. Your expertise in traditional and digital qualitative and quantitative research design is matched by your drive to manage key market research projects from start to finish. Our dream customer success analyst is a creative and resourceful thinker whose passion for matching science with insight creates innovative and actionable research solutions.

What you bring to the team:

    • The capacity to manage multiple, on-going projects while simultaneously elevating the client service experience.
    • Demonstrated skill and experience with analytical applications (SPSS and Q professional experience is an added bonus.)
    • A strong knowledge of statistical techniques including performing regression, factor analysis, cluster analysis, etc.
    • A deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research experience, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • The talent to draw meaningful insights and tell a story with research findings and data.
    • The motivation, initiative and drive to take tight deadlines in stride.
    • Spectacular organizational skills, an unflagging attention to detail, and complete commitment to representing the accuracy and integrity of the information.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • The willingness to support a friendly, collaborative and diverse team culture.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.

Junior Front-End Web Developer

Level:

Entry to Intermediate (1-3 years working experience)

Role description:

We are seeking a Front-End Web Developer who is passionate about combining the art of design with the art of programming. Main responsibilities will include interpretation of UI/UX wireframes, creating an inventory of required data and assets for development, and translating visual mock-ups to live code. You will work with a collaborative team of product owners, designers and developers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role in both sides of the process and defining how new applications look as well as how they work. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs 
  • Create and maintain HTML/CSS/JS templates for web-based applications 
  • Integrate applications with APIs and web-based protocols (AJAX/JSON/REST) 
  • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end 
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use 
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability 
  • Work with a skilled development team 
  • Contribute to the design process with ideas 

Required skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years working experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Twitter Bootstrap, React.js, and Responsive Web Design techniques (grid systems, CSS media queries, JavaScript DOM manipulation, etc.) 
  • Experience with CMS (e.g. WordPress and Divi), and development tools (e.g.  Microsoft Visual Studio) 
  • Experience with cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them 
  • Problem-solver with a high attention to detail 
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication skills 

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Focus on user interfaces and user-centered design principles 
  • Experience with ASP.NET framework 
  • Experience with SQL databases and querying server-side data 
  • Interested in the world of data analytics, big data, decision sciences and data visualization (familiar with D3.js)
