Senior Data & Analytics Manager (Strategy/Analytics)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Analytics Manager will be an integral part of the Customer Experience team. You build insights from complex data using advanced analytics techniques and tools such as SPSS, Power BI, Power Pivot.  You will craft a story from data using statistical tools and analysis. A big part of your role will be to communicate the findings to senior management and others in the organization. This is an opportunity to demonstrate leadership that leads directly to business success through improving the quality of our decisions based on facts & insights using data. 

  • Creating and or evolving tools to deliver insight & learnings from data to drive action and change 
  • Analyzes data and creates documents and plans in service of informing, advising, or updating stakeholders 
  • Builds exceptional relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders. 
  • Background in both technical and analytical data warehousing/data modelling/data mining capabilities 
  • Analytical insight and visualization skills to present and interpret the trends 
  • Provide technical expertise to the client based on their requirements and applications 
  • Oversee multiple projects at once, within timeline and budgets, including working closely with colleagues in our teams to oversee all operational components of projects.  
  • Understand the appropriate use of advanced analytics.  
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the solution process from proposal writing, proposed solution, analysis and interpretation of research results through to delivery of presentations  
  • Bring exceptional interpersonal skills to create healthy, productive team collaborations that achieve win-win solutions.  
  • Note: the person in this role may lead functional areas within the Data & Analytics team and help to mentor other team members, but will not have any direct reports 

    IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

    • 5+ years of experience in analytics – Technology/Market Research experience is preferred 
    • A quantitative bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.  
    • Tech savvy, especially when working with web-based software projects;  
    • Technology and IoT client experience  
    • Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy  
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation  
    • Strong quantitative research, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills  
    • Ability to transform data into insights using quantitative data and a story-telling approach  
    • Possesses analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.  
    • Strong knowledge of SPSS and/or other statistical tools

    Analyst, Customer Success (Research)

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As a Customer Success (Research) Analysts, you will play a key role in supporting and assisting in the development of strategic insights to our clients. In this role, you will work with and assist our Project Lead to understanding our client’s business issues and needs to develop and design appropriate research solutions, and the analysis of results. You are conversant in traditional and digital qualitative and quantitative research design, with interest in managing key market research projects from start to finish. Our ideal analyst candidate is an innovative thinker with drive, curiosity, resourcefulness, and intelligence, with a passion for matching science with insight to provide actionable research solutions.

    REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE  

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
    • Demonstrated experience with analytical applications is a must. (SPSS and Q professional experience is an added bonus)
    • Strong Knowledge of statistical techniques including performing regression, factor analysis, cluster analysis, etc. is an asset
    • Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research experience, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to draw meaningful insights and tell a story with research findings and data
    • Highly motivated, self-directed, and possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
    • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail, and demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Work well in a collaborative team environment, with a diverse group of peers
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
