Analyst, Customer Success (Research)
What you’ll be working on:
As a Customer Success (Research) Analyst, your super-power lies in supporting the development of strategic insights to our clients. In this role, you will assist our Project Lead in understanding our client’s challenges and needs from developing and designing appropriate research solutions, to the analysis of the results. Your expertise in traditional and digital qualitative and quantitative research design is matched by your drive to manage key market research projects from start to finish. Our dream customer success analyst is a creative and resourceful thinker whose passion for matching science with insight creates innovative and actionable research solutions.
What you bring to the team:

The capacity to manage multiple, ongoing projects while simultaneously elevating the client service experience.

Demonstrated skill and experience with analytical applications (SPSS and Q professional experience is an added bonus.)

A strong knowledge of statistical techniques including performing regression, factor analysis, cluster analysis, etc.

A deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research experience, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

The talent to draw meaningful insights and tell a story with research findings and data.

The motivation, initiative and drive to take tight deadlines in stride.

Spectacular organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail, and complete commitment to representing the accuracy and integrity of the information.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The willingness to support a friendly, collaborative and diverse team culture.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
